Kpalimé - Une nouvelle mosquée d’une capacité de 500 places a été inaugurée le 9 janvier à Adéta dans la sous-préfecture de Kpélé-Akata.
La cérémonie d’inauguration a été présidée par le sous-préfet de Kpélé-Akata, M. Watarma Konté, en présence d’une forte délégation de l’union musulmane du Togo et d’une foule de fidèles.
Le sous-préfet de Kpélé-Akata a, à cette occasion, exprimé sa joie pour l'aboutissement heureux des travaux de construction et rappelé aux fidèles que la mosquée est un lieu de prière et de réconciliation. Il les a donc invités à se réconcilier avec eux-mêmes, avec leurs semblables et avec Dieu.
Pour l’administrateur de la nouvelle mosquée, El Hadj Agbodji, la construction d’une mosquée est une œuvre parmi les plus bonnes qu’Allah ordonne. Il a demandé aux fidèles de Mahomet de cultiver l’amour et la tolérance dans ce lieu saint.
La coupure du ruban symbolique et la prière du vendredi ont mis fin à la cérémonie.
