Meeting on 14 November 2018 under the chairmanship of Roch Marc Christian KABORE, the Council of Ministers adopted eight reports, including regulations for the Agence nationale de renseignement, the creation of university centres and the Université virtuelle du Burkina Faso, and solar projects totalling 155 MW. It banned the activities of the SYNAGPS executive board and dismissed ten prison-security officers, reviewed public-sector purchases of local products (29.8 billion CFA francs in 2017), and made numerous appointments.
