The Council of Ministers authorized the submission to the Conseil national de la Transition of seven bills, including ratifications of the Marrakesh Treaty, the Doha Amendment to the Kyoto Protocol, humanitarian conventions, the Great Green Wall convention and OCI cooperation agreements. It reorganized the 2015 Hajj, set priorities for demarcating the Burkina-Niger and Burkina-Benin borders, transferred the Guiro and Diouga gold mine to Komet Ressources Afrique SA and addressed SN SOSUCO’s sugar shortfall, before making extensive administrative and provincial appointments.
