Meeting in Ouagadougou on 5 March 2025 under the chairmanship of Ibrahim TRAORE, the Council of Ministers approved, among other measures, the purchase in Ghana of the Tema Multi Purpose Terminal fuel depot for USD 70 million, the reform of the Maison de l’Entreprise du Burkina Faso, and two infrastructure projects estimated at CFA francs 126.87 billion and 129.2 billion. It also authorized an CFA franc 18 billion OFID loan for human-capital protection, approved the treaty establishing the Confédération des Etats du Sahel, and made numerous diplomatic and administrative appointments.
